Candle safety reminders
To enjoy the soothing glow of your candles safely, always follow these few simple precautions
- Never leave burning candle unattended.
- Trim wick to 4mm before relighting.
- Never allow a candle to burn to the base of vessel, this can cause excessive heat and cracking of jars resulting in fire hazard or injury. Always ensure at least 1/2 cm of wax remains in the base of the vessel.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Only use in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials.
- Do not move a lit candle.
- Ensure the candle is placed on a heat resistant surface.
