Returns and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are confident that you will love our products, however, if you receive a product that you are not completely in love with, please contact us and we may assist in arranging an exchange product. You will be responsible for return postage and postage of the new item, including any local delivery fees.
Please be sure to choose carefully, as our policy does not allow refunds or returns on change of mind.

Damaged Goods
While we take great care in packaging your orders, sometimes damage can occur during transit. If you’ve received a damaged product, please follow these steps to ensure a quick resolution:
1. Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damaged item and its packaging.
2. Contact Us: Email at beecherglow@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
3. Resolution: Your request will be reviewed promptly and we will work to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, refund, or other solution.
